Thank you for your interest in becoming a General Vendor or Food Vendor at the Suwanee Health & Fitness Festival, Saturday, October 17, 2020. We would love to have you partner with us.
Space Rental: If you provide your own 10 x 10 Tent or Booth the space rental cost is $175. Tents and inflatables may be weighted with water barrels, sandbags, or other weight devices. Vendors should take extra precautions when weighting tents. Tents must be secured for wind.
Tent Rental: If you prefer to rent a Tent the cost is $250. Deadline to submit application, is September 17, 2020. Tent Rental includes 2 chairs, 1 table, set-up and break-down. Set-up of Tent will start Friday, October 16, 2020. Vendors should take extra precautions when weighting tents. Tents must be secured for wind.
Food Vendor: We are looking for ten (10) vendors to participate. Vendors will be specifically tailored to SHAFF distinctive intentions.
- Provide Quality Nutritious meals to families.
- Nutritious meals that compliment that hour of the day.
- Fun Foods, such as:
- Chicken and waffles
- Smoothies
- Juicing Beverages
- Pizza
- Hot Dogs – Burgers
- Fried Rice
- Tacos – Burritos
- Popcorn
- Shaved Ice
- Sub Sandwiches
Non Food Truck or Food Trailer requires a deposit. $200 Deposit is required to cover Insurance Fee. If the following are not adhered too you will lose your deposit:
- Oil spills not properly cleaned up
- Area assigned is not returned to its originality.
- Trash not properly disposed
$200 Deposit fee is redeemable and will be returned after your area has been inspected and has been cleared by a SHAFF team member.
