In 2019 Physique Refinements hosted its first time ever Suwanee Health and Fitness Festival (SHAFF). We could not have done it without the partnership of Sponsors. Over 50 children participated in the Kids Fun Run, Obstacle course and children related activities, 75 participated in 5K Run and 85 participated in Zumba. Suwanee Community loved it!
